If you open up iTunes you can see that the iOS4 firmware is available for download for 3G, 3GS and newer iPod’s. Some interesting information in regards to this release. Here are the MD5 hashes.

This means that the Leaked version is different, than the released version. Now depending there might not be all that much different. The different based on size is minimal.

UPDATE 1: This version is not recognized by redsn0w, so if you want to keep your unlock or if you wish to jailbreak, just wait it out until a new bundle is released.
