But the phone was bought at ATT store, & when i checked it, it still had three.1 installed.... if the OS wasnt updated to three.1.2 i have a hunch possibly theres a chance it may be older stock, & have the older bootrom. heres to hoping... i'll look today. my mate got a 3GS days ago, i jb it until i read about the tethering restriction on the new bootrom.
