I’ve never really heard of this tool before, as I mostly know how things work with Jailbreaks. However if you don’t know much about Jailbreaking your iPhone or iPod Touch, then ToolJail by @Destructor95 will definitely help you find out all the information you need.

ToolJail provides information about your iPhone and iPod Touch that allows you to Jailbreak and Unlock your iPhone. There are also guides on how to Jailbreak your device, including steps on how to get into DFU and Restore Mode. The Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 is required to be install in order to run ToolJail.
